The sheets are lovely but I didn't need them and didn't order them. I did not subscribe to just get more sent automatically! It will take me a long time to use the first lot which I did order. I have sent 2 emails, before this second lot arrived, asking for a refund of the money charged to my credit card, but no response and no reply to my emails. So I am not happy about this.

Although the advertisement said only half a sheet is sufficient for a full dishwasher load, I regularly need to use a full sheet whch can be torn in two or more pieces. I also find that dishes do need to be soaked and scrubbed first. Due to this hassle, I did try to stop the second delivery which charged me full price. I was unable to do so and I could only cancel subscription after second dispatch.

I have been a regular subscriber to The Little Big Bamboo’s dishwasher detergent and have always appreciated the convenience of free shipping with every subscription order.
However, my most recent order unexpectedly included a shipping fee. I emailed customer service to clarify the charge, but I have not received any response so far.

We rinse everything before placing it into the dishwasher. Product works very well in the dishwasher, everything comes out clean and shiny.
What do we like: We like that we can use 1/2 or even 1/4 of the sheet when the load is not full.
What we do not like: The fragrance is just too strong for us. It seems like every thing smells like perfume or shampoo when it comes out of the dishwasher.

I had high hopes but the dishwasher sheets have been a disappointment.. Unless the plates are perfectly clean before going into the dishwasher we are no hope .. Most of the tea/coffee cups come out with internal tea stains .. requiring a manual scrub in the sink after the dishwasher. We only have a Dishlex washer but it has worked brilliantly with Fairy or Finish tablets .. David

I’m very disappointed in your product. There is food still left on the plates the cutlery is marked and coffee and tea stains in the cups . So no I would definitely Not recommend this product. Even when doubling the sachets the results are not up to any standard of “ clean “ . Thought it was just me and my dishwasher so I gave some sheets to our daughter to try. She too was not impressed with Your product. Some how you sent another box , which I want to return and get my money back. Sorry this product is Terrible.!

Shopping on the internet you just never know what you will find and what it will really be like. This product popped up on my feed and well I took a chance. I had been using (and only using the big brand name) dishwasher tablets for ever. Will these actually clean my dishes the way I expect them to be clean?? Answer is yes. Look I have had a couple sporadic dishes which may still have a little left over food residue but hey, I’ll take it. I find there is NO chemical residue on my dishes which is the main thing. I now make a quick judgement call based on the state of my dishes before I put them into the dishwasher on whether I use a full sheet or half. I have actually been really impressed ( even shocked) at how good the product is that I’ve now purchase a second supply and got my mum and friend onto the product as well.

I've cut back to a Quarter sheet as I found residual suds using a half sheet, probably due to rainwater being softer.
