I buy this toilet paper twice a year as it lasts us that long. It’s thick and has twice as many sheets as any other toilet rolls.
As my order was held up because I changed my credit card ,my order was stopped so I changed dates to a few days later . When my new card came in both the original and new date orders came in ( didn’t expect two boxes in two days ! ) I have enough for the year now ! Thought this problem would have showed up at the other end!

I was really impressed till I finished a roll of toilet paper to find the cardboard of the toilet roll was of another brand called Who Gives A Crap, which is made in China? And it was in your roll of toilet paper.
The whole reason I bought this brand was to get away from products of China as they use chemicals in all their products and I was literally shocked to see this other brand written all over the cardboard inside the toilet paper, now I question your products and feel they not Australian made?
I've worked in factories of where different brands are made in same factories and I do know how it works, maybe got mixed up, but I believed this was Australian made? Can't be as I know 100% Who Gives A Crap was made in China and came from there and it is sold in Aldi stores, so I am not happy and both brands are presented the same way as well.
Love to know the truth?
I won't be buying again.

The toilet paper is great, which is why we keep using it, however, my 2 star rating is because their customer service is rubbish.
They have a schmick website and are great at taking your order and your money, but they’re hopeless at replying to emails. You can only contact them via email, no phone number and when you do email, they don’t respond. Or if they do respond it’s weeks later after multiple prompts.

We decided to go with this company to support a smaller business, but unfortunately, I’ll be cancelling my subscription. They weren’t able to provide a tax invoice with the purchase, and after sending multiple emails (two or three follow-ups), I still haven’t received a response or any help. It really shouldn’t be this hard to get something so simple. Disappointing experience overall, and I wouldn’t recommend them based on this.

Great product- we love the toilet paper and plan to keep our subscription going! We are disappointed with the customer service though - emails are never answered. I know the company is small and their auto-response says they'll take a few days to respond, but we never get responses. It would also be great if they sent reminders before subscription renewals like other similar product subscription services, especially when renewal dates are quite far apart (ie, not monthly). Love the toilet paper though!

I have decided to stop using the bamboo toilet rolls. I find they ball up and get stuck when I wipe and are only removed with a shower. They are causing me irritation. No one else in family has this problem.

how is it I have become the kind of person that feels so much delight over picking up a big box of 36 bogrolls from the post office? literally, this TP has been a game-changer for my septic (and has made my plumber's life much less unpleasant) because unlike that OTHER stuff the bamboo 3ply is soft on the human, but dissolves really well in the septic line. Anyone who lives out bush will know why regular 3-ply is a recipe for a horrorshow in the septic lines. I also really love the pretty paper wrapping (yeah, I'm that much of a snob), and it's genuinely hypoallergenic plus it's not the product of random acts of planet-trashing deforestation. all the wins. Love it. 5/5 recommend.

First time buyer, changed from another sustainable brand - less rolls for the same price, but the rolls have more sheets. I can see a roll lasting way longer than the ones I had before. This toilet paper is really good quality. It stays together, is soft, and tears at the right place. I love it. I also enjoy knowing that I have a good supply of toilet paper in the house at any one time. The wrappers are fun and colourful, and add a bright touch to my loo.
Furthermore the postage costs for Little Bamboo are incredibly cheap compared to any other online bulk seller. This makes this toilet paper very budget friendly. What can I say, try it now.

I'm so glad I finally got this toilet paper! The sheets are so absorbent so they're lasting a lot longer in this household as well as being super soft. I love that they're individually wrapped in pretty paper so they're more aesthetically pleasing and it keeps the dust off too! Although the upfront cost is higher, they are much better value long term as you use less. Will be sticking with these from now on.
