Our THELITTLEBIGBAMBOO subscriptions are made to be as flexible as possible, to meet you or your family's ever changing needs.
This means you can pause, skip, modify your subscription at anytime straight from your account.
Move next delivery date (if you're not quite ready/ going on a holiday)
Change your delivery frequency (if it turns out you clean more or less than you thought you did)
Skip a product from your next delivery (plenty of laundry liquid left? skip it from your next order)
Remove products from your subscription (if you decide you don't use it as frequently as other products, and rather top-up when you need)
Cancel your subscription (please don't gooooo... you can always switch back to ordering when you need it, if you're organised enough to keep track and decide you don't need to subscribe)
Not sure how often you need to get refills delivered?
We know everyone's household and product usage is different, so we offer 3 options: delivery every 2, 3 or 4 months.
Here are our recommendations – don't worry you can cancel or change your next delivery date or delivery frequency anytime!
Delivery frequency recommendations:
Delivery every 4 months: 1-2 people
Delivery every 3 months: 3-4 people
Delivery every 2 months: 5-6 people

we have made it very easy to cancel your subscription, right from your own THELITTLEBIGBAMBOO account.
How to cancel a subscription
In order to cancel your subscription, you will first need to log in to your account.
Login to your account.
Click Subscriptions
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the
Cancel Subscription - located at the bottom of the overview 'your subscription products'. Please provide a cancellation reason for us to better understand why you are leaving us (sad to see you go!) and confirm the cancellation by clicking Cancel subscription.
Shipping and Delivery (Products)
-We ship bamboo products to everywhere in Australia and deliver to your door!
-We ship bamboo plants to Victoria ONLY and deliver to your door!
Once an order is placed, our team will carefully collect your eco-bamboo products from the nature and package it with care and love, so please allow up to 24 hours for our team to pick and pack your order.
Your order will then gently be sent via Australia Post (or other partners) and receive within **2-10 business days. As soon as your order is sent you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us complete with a tracking number so you can track it.
**Please note: all shipping timeframes are from the advertised date of dispatch. Should your item have a pre-order date (advised next to the product name in brackets), this is the date of dispatch. The delivery timeframe starts from the pre-order date it ships on.
**Please note: It may take anywhere from 2-10 business days for your order to arrive as our delivery partners are experiencing delays due to COVID-19. We apologise for any inconvenience.
Australia Post delivery driver is authorised to leave your package (no signature required) * in a safe place at your delivery address, by default.
All our orders are shipped via courier, which means we can't deliver to Australia Post services (PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers) or instruct couriers to leave parcels with a local Post Office. Sorry! 💙
If you’d like the courier to leave your order in a particular spot on your property, this can be specified in the 'delivery instructions' field on the shopping cart page, just before you go to checkout online.
A card will be left by the driver if unable to safely deliver your parcel.
*Please note: we are not responsible for the package in the rare case it is missing or stolen. Standard delivery service does not include insurance for your parcel unfortunately.
If you’re located in Australia, not a cent for most orders above a certain dollar value! We send out all orders via free standard shipping where applicable with Australia Post where possible. But there are sadly a few exceptions for some areas.
Yay, exciting – it’s on its way! After we pass your order to Australia Post, they will send you a shipping confirmation email which will have a ‘Track Order’ button. This will take you directly to the Australia Post site so you can follow the live tracking updates!
Haven’t received your shipping confirmation email yet? Your order may be on pre-order, as confirmed on the website at time of purchase. Be sure to check your original order confirmation, you won’t receive a shipping confirmation email until that pre-order date.
If your order says it has been delivered but you haven't received it, there are several steps you can take to resolve the issue:
1. Check around your home, including the front and back doors, porch, mailbox, garage, and any other possible places the package might have been left.
2. If you still can't locate the package, contact us immediately to initiate an investigation with our delivery partner.
3. P.S.Please note that for parcels being delivered by Sendle, if you encounter any issues, kindly contact us within 14 days of receiving the delivery confirmation email. After this period, investigation may be limited due to Sendle's restrictions.
Australia Post quote us 2-8 business days for delivery, sometimes life happens and they aren’t able to deliver within this timeframe (Hello Covid). When this is the case, your tracking number may update to advise of a ‘delayed’ delivery date.
If your item still hasn’t been delivered within 13 days, please contact us and we can launch an investigation with Australia Post.
*Please note: Once we pass your order to Australia Post, your package is with a different provider. We completely understand delays are frustrating, however once your order is with the courier, any issues need to be investigated by Australia Post. We are able to contact them on your behalf to resolve any issues. Please be assured, we will always do our best to get the issue sorted as quickly as possible for you.
** Please note: Sometimes, parcels might get separated from their buddies in transit because there wasn't enough room left on the truck or the depot loading dock. If you've received only part of your order, please check your tracking link to see if the remaining items have separate tracking details (they may appear as a separate 'consignment' or 'tracking ID'). If they have been separated, the remaining parcel(s) that were left behind usually arrive within a day or two.
Oops, eco-bamboo not being sent to the right address? We can absolutely help change this for you! Provided your order has not shipped, please send us the new details and we can change this over for you.
If your order has been shipped, don’t panic! You can still redirect it via the Australia Post tracking link we provide on your shipping confirmation email.
*Please note: We can only send your order to the address you provide on your order - if you have provided an incorrect address, and the package is delivered there, we are unable to retrieve it so please check your address carefully!
Unfortunately, no. The courier delivering your order will get the parcel to you ASAP as part of their usual delivery routes.
The good news is, all of our orders are sent with an 'Authority to Leave.' If you're not home when the order arrives, our couriers will leave the parcel at your address (as long as they believe it’s safe to do so), meaning you don't have to worry about waiting around for a delivery to arrive, or being home during delivery hours!
If you’d like the courier to leave your order in a particular spot on your property (e.g. under your carport, at the back door, with the troll under your porch...) this can be specified in the 'delivery instructions' field on the shopping cart page, just before you go to checkout online.
When our eco-bamboo products or plants start selling like hotcakes, unfortunately we can completely sell out before our next round of stock reaches our warehouse or greenhouse. If this happens, we will put those products/plants up for pre-order before they’ve arrived. We know what date our stock is due to arrive, so this is the date in brackets next to the product name. All orders will then be shipped out to our customers on that specified date. This allows our customers to reserve their favourite product and ensure that they do not miss out

At thelittlebigbamboo, bamboo delivery and/or planting is an extension of our brand. We work closely with you to ensure a fast and accurate delivery time. Note: Free shipping does not apply to plants
Given the high cost of freight, we decided to run our own delivery service. We pass on the savings to you. We also offer free face-to-face tips and tricks to kick start your bamboo journey with the best foot forward.
Our bamboo plants are carefully handpicked and handed over with care. All orders are now Contact-free by default.
Delivery anywhere in victoria. The last few awesome deliveries were in Drouin, Inverloch, Warragul, Ballarat, Foster, and Geelong.
Our most popular pot size is the 30cm pot. Faster screening, ultimate root system, fail-safe and it’s actually 55% cheaper than the average 3L/20cm pots over the same amount of time to get your privacy screening.
Our entry (economical pot size) 3L Size B is our second-best seller if you are a newbie but a risk-taker!

No, seriously. Stick your finger into the soil and see how damp it is. Regardless, please water your Bamboo plants generously.
Transit is harsh! We strongly recommend to plant on the day of delivery or next. They can only stay in pots an extra 4 days as long as they are watered 3 times a day and kept in the shade, away from the wind.
No! Bamboo loves water! We strongly recommend to water your green babies twice a day for the first month to ensure proper root establishment.
Unfortunately, mother nature dictates the height. Please allow tolerance above or under. We use an average height which may include the pot size. This is not a reflection of the quality of the plant as all sizes are grown within the same batch to guarantee quality root system development.

Returns and Exchanges
We offer easy returns for 30 days from date of delivery/receiving of Bamboo Product order for eligible product and conditions.
We offer guarantee for 14 days from date of delivery/receiving of Bamboo Plant order for eligible pot sizes and conditions.

Sadly, we know that sometimes the bamboo lifestyle product is just not quite the right fit for some people. You can certainly return your bamboo products to us for a full refund, provided it is returned within 30 days at your expense and Bamboo plants within 14 days (eligible terms apply)
*Please note: all Bamboo Products must be returned in as new condition, with the tag and original packaging to be eligible for a return.
All returns (for both refunds and exchanges) within Australia will be at your expense. On arrival, we will process your refund or exchange. Just contact our friendly team at info@thelittlebigbamboo and they will be able to help you along the way.
Due to their nature of live bamboo plants, we are unable to process Bamboo plants returns. You will have to cover the costs of returning the plants if eligible.
Payment
We use Shopify Payments which is an extremely secure and highly encrypted system designed to protect customers and also hold merchants accountable.
We also accept cash on delivery for Bamboo plants only.
Yes! For when payday is just that bit too far away, we have AfterPay available

So, you’re basically saving money!
Simply head to the checkout, and on the first page of the checkout there will be a box for you to enter your discount code in - make sure to click ‘Apply’! Some of are auto-applied but may cancel anytime.
This is offered before the payment page so you’re totally aware of how much you can save.

Something not quite right with your order? Don’t worry, our thelittlebigbamboo team is ready to spring into action! Please contact us to advise of the issue, and to help resolve things quickly we request you include photos so we can help identify what has happened.
These things happen! Please email us immediately with the subject line CHANGE or CANCEL and we will do our absolute best to carry out your request. If it has already been dispatched from our fulfilment partner you will need to go through our returns process.
As we do our best to get your orders out to you as soon as we can, occasionally an order will be processed before the team has a chance to change it. We cannot guarantee a change of order after the order is placed so please select your items carefully.
Bamboo Products - Emailing us is the way to go! Our email contact is info@thelittlebigbamboo.com.au. This also allows us to keep a paper trail for your issue so we can help you as best we can.
We answer emails from Melbourne to Northern Territory, so we can sometimes have some slight delays in response time. We’re only human, so please be patient and we are working as quickly as possible to get back to you. We promise we won’t leave you on ‘read’!
Bamboo Plants - Emailing us is the way to go as well! But we are also available on 0412 095 421 if really urgent.
