Hi…I was very upset when I recieved a notification that my credit card had been charged for a recurring purchase when I didn’t agree to it. I never agree to recurring purchases when I haven’t used a product before and also I don’t use the dishwasher everyday. So now I have far too many boxes. I also tried to contact you to cancel it and no one replied. Just took the money, sent the items and kept quiet.

I have been trying to stop little bamboo from continually sending orders that I do not want.
I have sent over 5 emails to stop them shipping every few weeks and charging me for a product I do not want.
I just wanted to try I packet and never signed up for continual orders.

I was apprehensive about buying these as I have always used FINISH tablets.

Don’t waste your money. I did everything it’s says on the instructions,I then doubled the quantity and tripled the quantity of sheets even putting a sheet in cutlery section but still not cleaned properly and it’s not my dishwasher because as soon as I went back to tables a spot on clean.
I’m unsure where all the 4 & 5 star reviews come from that I read pre purchase, they must have big families and lots of friends.

Sadly, these do not work. First use in my dishwasher, there were so many stains left on everything. Second attempt (of the same dishes/glassware etc.), I added two sheets and this still didn't clean everything. I had to handwash it all myself. Such a shame. Not happy.

I don’t like giving bad reviews but this product did not wash completely. I had a few good washes but had a couple that did not wash well. Like a mug and a plate. I’m sorry, I wanted to really support you and also stay away from heavy commercial products but unfortunately it doesn’t seem to deliver. Good luck.

I like this product. I'm yet to find a chemical free product that cleans even the smallest bit of peanut butter on a spoon or knife. Id hoped this one would but alas, overall the quality of the other dishes being cleaned is really good. And I feel better knowing I'm not eating off dishes that have been rinsed in chemicals

I have informed you that I don't want anymore automatic deliveries, I have too many already and will return the last issue of dishwasher sheets. I will ring with my next order in about 6 months' time.
The sheets are great with everything except teacups, I have to wash the stains off myself, so I will see if putting them on the bottom shelf makes a difference next time I do a dishwash. The toilet paper is good but not as soft as Quilton so probably won't re-order that.

I'm very happy with the dishwasher sheets. They do a good job and leave a lovely fresh scent. I do find if I have greasy pans I need to use 3/4 sheet, but for normal washes 1/2 sheet is sufficient.

I was seriously sceptical of these dishwasher sheets as I'd used others in the past that just didn't work. I wanted to try these as I'm becoming more concerned about t he chemicals that we are allowing into our household and our food. After a good couple of weeks of using them I am convinced they are the real deal. They work as well as any other brand that I've used from the supermarket, leave the dishes spotless and smelling great but I know they aren't leaving behind harmful chemicals as well.

But unhappy with the relentless marketing, which is compounded by very poor response to customer queries / concerns. (Had to send multiple messages over weeks for an unwanted order, very frustrating!)
The subscription process appears to be problematic, causing repeat orders that are untimely (I.e. order is sent too soon with plenty of product remaining from previous order).
I’ve unsubscribed from promotions.

Initially, I was sceptical, but I brought some to see how they worked. I was very impressed. I am very disappointed with this product. After just a few washes, all my stainless steel dishes have lost their shine and now look old, dull, and dirty. I normally use another brand of non-toxic dishwasher sheets that works really well, but I decided to try this one - and it turned out to be a huge mistake.
The outcome has been terrible, especially since use a lot of stainless steel pans, pots, and vessels. This brand has completely ruined the look of my cookware. To make matters worse, I bought the 160 washes pack, and now I honestly don't know what I will do with them.

Extremely frustrating experience. There is no possible way to contact a real person — no phone number, no live chat, and only automated replies to emails. I tried to cancel but received no confirmation, and now I’m stuck worrying about being charged again and again with no way to stop it. A complete lack of support or accountability. This should not be acceptable in 2025.

Sheets do not work unless you have already rinsed the dishes before washing. Terrible on short wash cycles meaning have to use long wash cycle and still end up with some dishes not clean. Then tried to cancel next order and received no reply to email and still sent and charged me for next order. I do not recommend at all!
