I was sceptical as I have purchased environmental dishwashing powders previously which have not worked as well as the toxic expensive brands1 These sheets seem to work very well, only problem is, I somehow signed up to an auto send and they keep arriving so I have a back up box and a half now. Smells nice. This is the second brand of this type I've tried. I was hoping for a better result.
I tried one sheet the first load, did not get tea cups clean, so tried 2 sheets the second load, still food stuck to plate and tea cups not clean.
So, I've concluded they are ok if dishes are not too dirty but struggles otherwise. Same cycle with conventional dishwasher tabs got everything clean without a problem.

They didn’t wash my dishes and tarnished my knives and forks. I have tried for weeks to get a refund on an order I couldn’t cancel due to the fact the sheets did not work and yet you won’t send me a return address. I thought if they didn’t work the least you could do was give me a refund.

I have tried the dishwasher sheets and I was a bit disappointed in the fact that not all my items came out thoroughly cleaned, e. g. frying pan etc.
I use them still but mainly with a light load of plates and utensils only. I would like to return the latest pack received this week as I am thinking I need to go back to the harsher cleaners which do the job for all our cookware etc.

Did not subscribe to a recurring order, two years after received an email that an order had been placed. I Immediately contacted them via phone and email and got no response. After over a week I got a response saying that the subscription I never made had been paused FOR 2 YEARS! And had auto reactivated. Instead of confirming whether this was something I wanted they just went ahead and charged my card. I have had to cancel my card to prevent this fraudulent organisation for transacting more unauthorised purchases at my expense. To add insult to injury there product is appalling and does not clean the dishes well.

I folded the sheets up and put them into the cassette in my Bosch dishwasher….when put the cutlery and glasses away I discovered plastic type bits stuck and dried on…. now I don’t put the sheets into the cassette and no more dried on stuff has been seen….

Why not only got sent the wrong product, but when I emailed advising with photo attached, I was asked again to provide a photo further to the lane rectification of the you have caused. Then I finally get an email saying that this matter will be rectified immediately and return label will for me to return the product before I get my product I’ve paid for in full. Five days later I am yet to receive the return label and a total of nearly 3 weeks since I’ve paid in full for my PRODUCT. I’ve still don’t have what I paid for.

I cancelled my subscription in September 2025 and then you decide to resume it and took money from my account and sent an unrequested product. You won’t address the issue after multiple emails. I’ve sent the product back and had to pay postage both ways for something I did not ask for or want. I’ve asked for a refund several times and you just ignore me. This is unacceptable and bad business practice.

I was completely unaware that an order was created on my behalf. Money was debited from my account WITHOUT confirmation. I have been refused a refund despite not placing or wanting the order. I am currently taking action through PayPal, my bank, and consumer affairs.
I originally ordered this product in 2023, and it was terrible. I tried 3 different dishwasher settings, and nothing improved their performance. Apparently, my details were stored as part of a subscription, and this company believes they can send me products and take my money whenever they desire. No notification, no confirmation. Well I was quite frankly doubtful but thought I’d give this product a chance, especially after being made aware about the poisons residue on all our plates, cutlery, etc when using pods.
I loaded up my dishwasher with a huge load of dirty greasy dishes and some with dried on bits of food. Didn’t rinse off first, put a full rectangle (folded in 4) in the dispenser and hit Go!!
Well I was very pleasantly surprised with the outcome!!! All came out clean, shiny & smelling like lemon!! Excellent product!! I’m hooked !

I recently purchased these thinking they'd be a great alternative for my family's health and the environment, and then begun to experience issues with my brand new double drawer F&P dishwasher. I called the official repairer and they confirmed that your product was known to clog their dishwashers and they have experienced this issue countless times. I had to pay $850 to have my dishwasher repaired! Further more, I didn't realise when purchasing that I was signing up to a subscription and was furious when I was charged for repeat purchase of your product which has ultimately ended up in the bin. I am furious and disappointed.

There are still stains on my crockery and utensils. The dishwasher cleaner leaves don’t clean my dirty dishes etc properly. I rinse everything before placing them into my dishwasher.
I tried using a whole leaf as recommended and it foamed up so much that the dishwasher water leaked onto my floor. I didn’t take a video but I should have. Never happened when I use to use finish dishwasher tablets.

I have emailed my complaint with no response. The product does not work as I have a cutlery drawer at the top of my machine and it doesn’t clean the cutlery. The plates also have residue despite being rinsed before stacking. It then bakes on the residue so it is difficult to clean. I have the latest model AEG dishwasher and I put in a full cycle.
