Terrible company. Total lack of integrity and customer service. Look out for the hidden auto subscription button resulting in you receiving goods you didn’t want and cannot cancel, or get a refund as they just totally ignore your emails. Clearly the products aren’t that good or they wouldn’t be sneakily signing people up for subscriptions they don’t want … will never recommend this company.

Whilst I love the product re the lack of chemical agents - I do find that if I don't pre clean anything like yoghurt, peanut butter (ie fatty residue) it doesn't wash clean - and I use vinegar as a rinse aid but doesn't dry particularly well

I seem to be signed up for a subscription I don't recall organizing. I asked the business to investigate and to make sure to put a stop to this but they've blanked me.

A great product, but unfortunately doesn't work well with our Fisher & Paykel dual drawer dishwasher, even going by the recommendation to decrease size of the sheet. We did as recommended but unfortunately it still over suds & floods the machine to fault & no longer work.

I received the dishwashing sheets.
I used one in my machine, and it didn't clean anything. I used two sheets and folded them and placed them in the pod dispenser in the machine like your marketing said. After the 2 hour cycle, I opened the door and nothing was cleaned but the sheets were still in the dispenser not dissolved. I tried a third time and unfolded the two sheets and placed them in the dishwasher. 2 hours later, the cycle finished and the dishes and glasses were still dirty BUT there was foam everywhere. So I put the dishwasher on a 4th cycle but rinse only and washed the soap foam out. The plates were still dirty and the bowls still had yoghurt in them. I put the dishwasher on for a fifth time but this time with my normal dishwashing pod and 2 hours later all dishes were clean.
Your product is not doing as it is advertised to do... wash dishes and glassware and cutlery. I’ve sent an email and posted comments on IG. No response. So I think I got scammed. And it’s obvious your positive comments are paid

Love that they don’t leave a soapy tasting residue on our dishes- particularly important for plastic and silicone plates that our toddler eats off - don’t need any more reasons for him to not want to eat his dinner ! Eco sheets clean like a normal commercial soap capsule smell delicious lemon, maybe if the dishes are too dirty can leave some residue but even better, you know you're not using chemicals that can be bad for your health. I will definitely buy these more often.

I was keen to try something less toxic to wash the dishes but was left very disappointed.
I was very mindful on the first try to just have basic dishes in the dishwasher, nothing baked on, just glasses, cutlery, plates etc...
Used 1 full sheet and some dishes still came out dirty.
Next wash tired 2 full sheets, cleaned better but still not as good as the 'usaual' branded cleaning tablets.
Sorry, but it's a fail from me and I wouldn't recommend, waste of money.

Much as it is great to get rid of the chemical smell from the dishwasher they are just not string enough. We rinse our plates almost to the point of not needing the dishwasher but some still come out with residue on them, even using two sheets. My son told me after he had the same problem.

I don't usually leave written reviews but after seeing many similar products and doing the research on the actual chemicals that the pods i was using left on my kids plastic plates and cups I decided it was time to switch.
I was definitely sceptical of the cleaning abilities of a little paper looking sheet so I kicked off with pasta bake and bolognaise tainted dishes. Not sceptical any more, it was clean, dry without the rinseaid poison and smelt fresh af!

We have been using these for over 4mths now and love them, we would not go back to the old chemical based ones. They are cheaper as well. One minor complaint is that they struggle occasionally with baked on food, but it's a very minor point.
