The first time I used the dish washing sheet I was sceptical & didn't know where to put them for best performance.
After using them the first thing I noticed was the lovely fragrant from the dishwasher and I was pleasantly surprised how everything sparkled and also nice and dry.

I’ve enjoyed using the dishwasher sheets, especially knowing that they are not carrying the chemical load that the pods do.
Most times the dishes are nice and shiny, but sometimes not as good. If I make sure they are well rinsed the end result is the best.

Great smell, I have to use more than recommended for cleaning. It leaves a dull water mark on items such as cutlery & items are often left wet. My dishwasher is less than 12 months old, I'm a little disappointed but prefer this product to the chemical options.

Despite pre rinsing the dishes they came out of the dishwasher still dirty. I also found that an awful slimy film quickly built up around the seal of the door and washer arm. I run a cleaner through my dishwasher each month and found I needed to manually scrub this muck off. I can only attribute this to using these dishwasher sheets. Unfortunately I have cancelled my subscription.

These don’t work well in dishwashers at all. They create too many suds and stop your dishwashers arms from spinning and spreading the water, which means your dishes don’t get washed.

The product works well. But customer service is horrible. You cannot contact them or they never reply. Be careful that you don’t get signed up to a subscription unknowingly. I now have 640 dishwasher sheets, which will last me years as I cannot return them. They seem to be able to send you numerous text msgs and emails promoting their products but are unable to reply to any msgs. Dodgy company

I really wanted to love these, and the scent is absolutely awesome—so fresh and not chemicallyl at all! Unfortunately, they just didn't work for us, especially on heavier loads, and we still found ourselves needing to use rinse aid despite having a very new dishwasher. I’ve also been trying to cancel our subscription and haven't had any luck or responses to my emails. Getting bombarded with automated follow-up emails for feedback too that has also unfortunately detracted from what is marketed as a personal, home-grown business. I'd love to get this sorted out and officially cancel my subscription!

I have emailed twice to the allegedly human Amanda and Neesh on 13/6 and 25/6 with photos of your crappy product and no one has bothered to respond.
Since you obviously don’t read emails I want to CANCEL my subscription immediately and if you had any scruples at all you would refund my last order. Your product sucks and it is truly unconscionable that you prey on people trying to be environmentally conscious.

Was quite sceptical about what quality of wash to expect, but have to say I’m pleasantly surprised! They are the same as using the expensive stuff. I did a one-off purchase and then received an email that required me to opt-out off the subscription. This was sent on a Friday afternoon; I didn't check my emails over the following long weekend and the shipment and payment was automatically processed without my consent on the public holiday on Monday. I have yet to hear back about how I can return the product and get my money back.

I was very disappointed with the bamboo sheets. Firstly they didn’t clean the dishes properly, secondly I re-washed the load three times and ended up with a dishwasher full of suds and consequently got an error message on my dishwasher. Luckily the problem has been rectified and the dishwasher is now working. However, I have cancelled my subscription and will not be using your bamboo sheets again. I’m sorry to give such a disappointing review.
