I’ve been using the dishwashing sheets for 2 years now and I don’t know why it’s taken me so long to review. Absolutely love the sheets so much. I have a subscription since my first purchase in 2024 and it’s been great not having to think about it and it arrives every couple of months. It’s easy to manage my subscription when I have too much. I have used various dishwashing detergent, power, tablets, liquids for near 40years and found little big baby bamboo pleasantly different. First wash I use a whole Sheet by mistake, without reading the instructions and the dishes glasses etc were sparkling, fresh and aromatic. You only have to use half a sheet per load. There was no harsh corrosive chemical film left on the glasses or plates. It gave me a sense of wholeness and relief that I may no longer be unwittingly poisoning myself and those I love with toxic residue. Great innovation!

The Dishwashing sheets are a great alternative for regular use for lightly to moderately soiled utensils and Cutlery. Dishes used for heavier cooking with lots of oils such as with Indian Cusine will probably require chemical dishwashing opotions. Personally we use a combination of different detergents in our dishwasher for best effect while controling exposure to harder chemicals

I was subscribed without being consulted. I purchased a one off pack of dishwasher sheets in early February. As they sometimes did not fully dissolve, I did not reorder. Then on April 5th I was shocked to be suddenly charged $35 for a new pack that I did not want and had not knowingly ordered. I immediately sent you an email on the same day and nearly every day for a week to stop you from sending me this order, plus a Messenger message, yet NOBODY replied to any of my messages. I also commented twice re my problem on your Facebook post, yet NOBODY responded. Finally, after the arrival of the unwanted pack and absolute silence from you, I made my way to your website and discovered I was somehow subscribed - but definitely not knowingly or in an up front or ethical manner. I have now (hopefully) unsubscribed myself. I am terribly disappointed in your lack of transparency re the subscription process and your lack of customer service. I had really hoped I was supporting a great eco friendly company, especially as I am originally from Melbourne, but you have let me down.

I tried it 3 times, I used two sheets the 2nd and 3rd time and it still did not get the dirt off the dishes. I had prerinsed them as well. I don't eat meat or chicken.
It didn't even remove the pasta sauce on the plate. When I washed with Finish, they came out sparkling clean.
Sorry but it's not for me, just didn't work at all. I had the dishwasher on the same settings as normal, a 1.5 hr wash.

Well, for starters, you could improve by responding to my email to you three weeks ago, where I complained that I did not request or, as you say, subscribe to the second instalment of your dishwashing detergent that doesn't work.
I have yet to receive an email for my request to reimburse me for the second charge on a product that is totally inferior and I have informed my credit card supplier to terminate future payments and to look into the fraudulent charge that has been credited against my account

I tried lucent globe and these are much better , I was actually using a whole sheet per wash but the dishwasher threw a code that said it was over sudsing so I only use a half sheet and a teaspoon of the rinse aid and the dishes are perfect with no water marks , I’ve thrown the Finish rinse aid in the bin , great product
