Well I’m not sure if I’m doing something wrong or if my dishwasher is not as up to date as the new ones , but I’m still finding residue and that dishes are not cleaned properly, I always rinse everything before it goes in the dish washer , I found that the dish sheet isn’t dissolving properly in the dish washer holder and that even on the cutlery rack that it hasn’t dissolved , my dishwasher gets super hot water through it so I’m not sure what to think here ?

I really wanted to like this product because it’s non toxic, it appears to be a family owned business which I was keen to support and the dishwashing sheets really do smell lovely.
Unfortunately we found that they just didn’t clean the dishes well enough. We started with a quarter sheet, then moved to half and then finally a full sheet which was an improvement but not as cost effective.
I only purchased one box to try but somehow unwittingly signed up for the subscription apparently-which felt like a trick. I never would have done this without testing the product first. I was charged for a second box. I emailed the company multiple times, called, left messages on instagram, asking to cancel my second delivery, cancel my apparent subscription, and refund me for the second box which I hadn’t ordered. Eventually someone finally replied to my email and said they’d cancel my subscription but didn’t mention a refund despite their satisfaction guarantee. They have ignored my subsequent emails. It’s not the money, it’s the fact I felt tricked, and the absence of service or care about my lack of satisfaction. Very disappointing experience.

I think they are basically ok, but I have found just using a single sheet is not always enough to clean cutting boards properly.

To be honest, i was a little nervous to try something like this, but i have to say i was super impressed. First wash, i took a look and the dishes came out even better than they do when i use the tablets. No smears, water marks or fog patches. Absolutely crystal clear. I recently our purchased this product. Have used these sheets in my dishwasher and unfortunately cutlery, cups, and plates post wash come out still dirty. Have had to either run a second wash or even handwash some pieces.
They are not heavily soiled items ... but I'm not convinced. Have bought 2 packs... but don't think I will continue to use them.

Firstly,
I find that the clothes washing product rfequifres more than one sheet even with only standard dirty clothes. Ditto for the dishwasher if there is any above normal food grime to remove and even though I rinse the oplates and dishes prior to putting into dishwasher.
Secondly,
I asked by email that my order woudldNOT be an automatic recurring order. I now find that Im being sent more product withiut ordering it. PLEASE sort this out and give me the courtesy of an email saying that its been sorted when you done it. A opprotunity to follow through on some basic customer service eh ?
