I have used various dishwashing detergent, power, tablets, liquids for near 40years and found little big baby bamboo pleasantly different. First wash I use a whole Sheet by mistake, without reading the instructions and the dishes glasses etc were sparkling, fresh and aromatic. You only have to use half a sheet per load. There was no harsh corrosive chemical film left on the glasses or plates. It gave me a sense of wholeness and relief that I may no longer be unwittingly poisoning myself and those I love with toxic residue. Great innovation!

I tried it 3 times, I used two sheets the 2nd and 3rd time and it still did not get the dirt off the dishes. I had prerinsed them as well. I don't eat meat or chicken.
It didn't even remove the pasta sauce on the plate. When I washed with Finish, they came out sparkling clean.
Sorry but it's not for me, just didn't work at all. I had the dishwasher on the same settings as normal, a 1.5 hr wash.

Well, for starters, you could improve by responding to my email to you three weeks ago, where I complained that I did not request or, as you say, subscribe to the second instalment of your dishwashing detergent that doesn't work.
I have yet to receive an email for my request to reimburse me for the second charge on a product that is totally inferior and I have informed my credit card supplier to terminate future payments and to look into the fraudulent charge that has been credited against my account

I tried lucent globe and these are much better , I was actually using a whole sheet per wash but the dishwasher threw a code that said it was over sudsing so I only use a half sheet and a teaspoon of the rinse aid and the dishes are perfect with no water marks , I’ve thrown the Finish rinse aid in the bin , great product

While I loved the concept of what the dishwasher sheets do and how they’re better for humans and the environment, I just had someone out to repair our (fairly new) Fisher and Paykel DishDrawer dishwasher. They said the fault was a result of the dishwashing sheets.

I had very high hopes for this product after all the positive advertising I had seen, however our experience was not how it was sold. We have a brand new dishwasher, we pre rinse our dishes and still, our crockery was still coming out dirty post cycle. We followed all the specific instructions provided & ceased use of the product. I did email the company as soon as our third use failed but still, no response. Sadly, wouldn’t not recommend.

product is defective. had to throw them out as they are worse then nothing at all, they took my dirty dishes backward and clogged my dishwasher, i then had to clean all my dishes by hand as they had this grease film over everything, you already know this as you have 100s of bad reviews, if you continue selling this product i hope someone takes you to court for misleading and knowingly selling defective products. shame on you.

Doesn’t clean glassware very well lots of residue left on glasses, bowls etc I have to rewash them in the sink. I will not repurchase them once I get through this box as it doubles my work. The only positive is they smell lovely.

I love the fact that they're Eco-friendly, smell really fresh and have no nasty plastic packaging. A little disappointing that tea & coffee cups still have brown stains on them afterwards. I then have to soak them in an oxygenating cleaner to remove the brown marks, do you have any suggestions?

Feel this is one giant scam. In addition to this, any one that uses Aramex for delivery services obviously does not know how bad Aramex is (1.2 star score on Product Review). Received photo containing numerous other deliveries only to find the parcel was not amongst these. Will stick with good old Fairy and after some researching of my own have found that Fairy (or Finish) are not as bad as stated in this sales pitch. Never again.

I found the sheet didn't dissolve in the door where the normal tablet goes. I just left it loose in the tray and it dissolved but I found it wasn't as good in cleaning the mugs and a few plates. I know it doesn't have any nasties but its no benefit cleaning twice. It did leave a nice smell.

Love your product but was surprised when a second order seemed to be activated without me placing a second order. I sent an email asking for confirmation that no more orders would be automatically shipped off and charged without my authorisation.
The second shipment was delivered and automatically paid for but I have put a stop on your business with my account with PayPal.
I tried to sort this out with your company but by not receiving a response I felt this was the only way to stop further shipments.

I like that they are good for the environment and for us but they often leave bits behind on 1 or 2 items. Like a play of a fork.
So it's ok, I just was them in the sink. I prefer to use them despite the slight inconvenience because I won't use the harsh chemicals at all.

Did not work at all. Was using one sheet with normal load with quite a few dishes and glassware having food stains left on them, even though I was pre rinsing. Then tried using 2 sheets, a bit better but still not great , especially the cutlery.
